So originally, I kept some fanlistings in my userinfo. That worked all right, until there were just too damned many of them. So then I decided to make this post, and keep fanlistings there, plus some information on my general fandom preferences, and oh, some links to fanfiction as well.
And then I got lazy and decided I didn't want to bother updating all those fanlistings anymore. So now there are no more graphics here. Perhaps later, they will return, probably in a different fashion. For now? Text all the way, baby. But it's still useful information if you want to know aboutwhat a gigantic nerd I am about my fannish proclivities.
Each fandom listing goes something like this:
FANDOM
[Source material included]
One True Character: Often, when I'm following a series, a single character will leap out and grab my attention. They won't necessarily be the only character I'll read or write about in a fandom, but they'll definitely be the focus of my fannish energies for quite some time.
Favorite Characters: This means those characters aside from the One True Character that I have taken an inordinate shine to and would probably be capable of/willing to RP somewhere (with the occasional exception). This does not mean that I dislike everyone else. My oldest and/or most involved fandoms (primarily Naruto and Bleach...not that I really care about them anymore) have several different "rungs" of favorites.
Adored Pairings: Pairings that really grab me. Usually the closest thing I have to OTPs. If it's up here, I probably don't enjoy seeing it broken up, but there are some exceptions, particularly those pairings that are eventually broken up in canon.
Supported Pairings: Couples that I like, understand, and appreciate, to varying degrees, but do not generally get all worked up over.
Flings: Pairings I think would be hot as a momentary thing (especially for the sex, eheh) but are unlikely to work out in the long run; sometimes also pairings that I don't think would go beyond the sexual. I might write about these, but they either don't last or are all about the sex.
Threesomes: Romantic relationships involving three people that I find interesting in some way or another.
Triangles: Similar to a threesome, but not necessarily equally romantic on all sides. (For instance, I like Al/Winry/Ed, but I don't want Ed and Al having sex, thanks.) Some of them may be full of hostility, others fluffy and accepting.
Crack Pairings: Pairings that catch my interest despite having no significant basis in canon and despite being at times outright wrong. I don't 'ship these seriously; at most, I might think the two could have an interesting fling if you stretched canon a bit. Other times, I just have a weird draw to the pairing even though I'd never write it myself. Well...probably.
Guilty Pleasures: Non-canon pairings that don't quite fall into the "crack" category, or pairings that have a wanky enough fandom that I'd rather not be associated with them...but in some small (or large) way, I like the pairing anyway.
Favorite Platonic Relationships: What it sounds like. Occasionally, I will like these characters together romantically as well, but as often as not, seeing them paired up in that way makes me cringe for the way it distorts their relationship. It varies.
Popular Pairings That Make Me Cry: What it sounds like. Of course, for some fandoms I can't list all of these. They're the ones that not only have no justification in canon, but are both outright wrong and completely unappealing to me.

Each fandom listing goes something like this:
FANDOM
[Source material included]
One True Character: Often, when I'm following a series, a single character will leap out and grab my attention. They won't necessarily be the only character I'll read or write about in a fandom, but they'll definitely be the focus of my fannish energies for quite some time.
Favorite Characters: This means those characters aside from the One True Character that I have taken an inordinate shine to and would probably be capable of/willing to RP somewhere (with the occasional exception). This does not mean that I dislike everyone else. My oldest and/or most involved fandoms (primarily Naruto and Bleach...not that I really care about them anymore) have several different "rungs" of favorites.
Adored Pairings: Pairings that really grab me. Usually the closest thing I have to OTPs. If it's up here, I probably don't enjoy seeing it broken up, but there are some exceptions, particularly those pairings that are eventually broken up in canon.
Supported Pairings: Couples that I like, understand, and appreciate, to varying degrees, but do not generally get all worked up over.
Flings: Pairings I think would be hot as a momentary thing (especially for the sex, eheh) but are unlikely to work out in the long run; sometimes also pairings that I don't think would go beyond the sexual. I might write about these, but they either don't last or are all about the sex.
Threesomes: Romantic relationships involving three people that I find interesting in some way or another.
Triangles: Similar to a threesome, but not necessarily equally romantic on all sides. (For instance, I like Al/Winry/Ed, but I don't want Ed and Al having sex, thanks.) Some of them may be full of hostility, others fluffy and accepting.
Crack Pairings: Pairings that catch my interest despite having no significant basis in canon and despite being at times outright wrong. I don't 'ship these seriously; at most, I might think the two could have an interesting fling if you stretched canon a bit. Other times, I just have a weird draw to the pairing even though I'd never write it myself. Well...probably.
Guilty Pleasures: Non-canon pairings that don't quite fall into the "crack" category, or pairings that have a wanky enough fandom that I'd rather not be associated with them...but in some small (or large) way, I like the pairing anyway.
Favorite Platonic Relationships: What it sounds like. Occasionally, I will like these characters together romantically as well, but as often as not, seeing them paired up in that way makes me cringe for the way it distorts their relationship. It varies.
Popular Pairings That Make Me Cry: What it sounds like. Of course, for some fandoms I can't list all of these. They're the ones that not only have no justification in canon, but are both outright wrong and completely unappealing to me.
