I. I have been watching lots of Star Trek today. My goal of watching the entirety of The Next Generation proceeds apace! I can feel my brain melting.

II. haro did a set of Gundam SEED Destiny Tarot icons. Some of the choices were good, but others were kind of meh, and...eh, I would have liked more stuff from the original SEED. So I'm thinking of doing my own SEED/Destiny Tarot icon set, along with my planned Bleach runes iconset. ( Here's what I have so far. ) I will, I'm afraid, have to watch Destiny first, though.

III. Your daily dose of badfic! This one causes me so much pain. Of all the fucking bizarre ways to do ItaNaru--but then, I have very little respect for that pairing in the first place. At least it's better than ItaHina.

IV. Poll time! ( Naruto spam beneath the cut. )

V. HELP I AM DROWNING IN ANIME TO WATCH AND MANGA TO READ. I even have some Western shows to watch. :<

VI. Priority at the moment, however, is getting myself to write some SasuSaku for 30_kisses. So when I get back from watching more Star Trek, I'll try to do that. No Star Trek for now. So instead, in order to put off writing fic, I will type up those interviews.

I rediscovered an old fic that I'd once seen on AFF.net where Sasuke is a horrible, abusive husband and Sakura runs into Naruto's arms and acknowledges how much she wuvs him. Of course, he's been there for her, suffering in silence, the whole time.

Featuring: pious!pining!Naruto, weepy!battered!housewife!Sakura, and random POV switches!

This sort of thing makes me want to write a fic where Sasuke and Sakura are married, Sasuke suddenly starts hitting her, and instead of sitting there and taking it, Sakura goes to Naruto and the two of them plot to figure out how to get rid of whatever evil spirit is possessing Sasuke and making him hit Sakura. Because they both know he'd never do that.

(Although first I need to do emlan's and then sadieko's birthday fics.)

A/N: Hello everyone again. I’m glad to see many of you share my loathing for the Uchiha clan’s youngest brat. And the rest of you that spoke for Sasuke…I understand totally, he did his Sharingan thing on all of you forcing you to say those things about him. I understand fully.

I only have one real comment to make. Someone commented on how bad Sasuke’s life was and that was an excuse for his behavior. (Sigh) The only thing I have to say to that is this, granted his whole family was murder by another member that’s a terrible thing and I don’t fault him for that or hold that against him. But please keep in mind there was another kid in Konoha, who never had any family what so ever. Had everyone that ever looked at him resent him for reasons he didn’t know till he was twelve yet, he still has better disposition then the lone savior of the Uchiha clan.

It’s possible to be a loner all your life and not be a total prick. Things to keep in mind…

Every time a NaruSaku fan/Sasuke basher makes that lame-ass comparison, Kishimoto kills a kitten. Won't somebody think of the kittens?

Crimes:
Mpreg without even trying to justify it. Sexy no jutsu = instant mpreg excuse, no questions asked!
Making the Sasuke/Naruto pairing fluffy and sappy.
Failing to get the characters at all.

My favorite bit!
Sasuke watched in awe as Naruto fed their son and gave Naruto's shoulders a squeeze and her temple a sweet kiss. He would not admit it, but he felt really light headed, in a good way. Not only did he have a child, he had an heir, he was slowly reviving the clan. Seeing how lucky he was, he could not help but feel a glimmer of guilt amongst his happiness. In the past, stray, short-lived but dark thoughts had ever crossed his mind that he would someday have to leave Naruto, for a woman so that he could revive his clan. Afterall, it had been his biggest goal, after the goal of killing Itachi. But that would have been extremely selfish, and Sasuke knew that if he did choose to leave, it would have been the last mistake he ever made (either he'd die from being away from Naruto, or Naruto would have killed him for scorning their love).
